Service Description
Includes touch up of relaxer on new growth only. It is highly recommended to get a touch up every 6-8 weeks to avoid breakage. Shampoo, vitamin treatment, blow out and pressed straight or curled Please add on deep conditioning, protein treatments as needed.
Cancellation Policy
The required retainer fee goes towards service is due at the time of booking. Retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of a cancellation on the customer’s behalf the fee will NOT be refunded. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. If I have to cancel the fee will be returned. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time will have to pay a new retainer. No late fees, please communicate if you are running behind or need to reschedule.
