Placing An Order
Each custom unit is made with care and precision to ensure the highest quality and best fit for every client. Please review the information below before placing your order:
Processing Time:
Please allow 7–10 business days for your custom unit to be completed. If you need your unit sooner, a rush service is available for an additional $100+ fee. Be sure to add the rush fee to your order at checkout if applicable.
Measurements:
To guarantee the perfect fit, please take accurate head measurements rather than estimating your cap size. We are not responsible for ill-fitting units due to incorrect measurements. If you need assistance, measurement appointmentsare available under the booking section of our website.
Lace & Hair Quality:
We use only transparent or HD lace and 100% top-quality virgin hair to ensure a natural, seamless finish every time.
Custom Color Services:
To add custom color to your order, please contact us via email or text for a personalized quote.
Supplying Your Own Hair:
If you prefer to provide your own bundles or lace, you must ship or drop off your hair after placing your wig order. The processing time begins once your hair is received. You’ll receive the shipping/drop-off address via email after checkout.
All orders require signature verification using an ID that matches the card used for purchase. (The cardholder does not need to be the person named on the order; gift orders are welcome.)
When Supplying Your Own Hair, Please Note:

We do not accept hair that has been custom colored by another stylist.

We will not install lace that is darker than the client’s complexion.

Damaged or poor-quality lace will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Customization:
Frontal and closure customization (bleaching and plucking) is included with all custom wig orders.
