Service Description
Includes shampoo, blow dry, silk out of natural hair, ponytail mold using holding spray, baby hair, and styling of extensions. Can be a low or high pony with or without bangs. 2 bundles of TWB Raw hair included. Raw/ Remy is the best hair to use for ponytails. Please include your desired length & texture in the booking notes (16-22'" straight or body wave available) or send in an Inso photo and the appropriate lengths will be provided. Other lengths & textures than what are offered in this package are available for purchase. Reach out with your specific order and schedule a regular natural pony without hair included.
Cancellation Policy
The required retainer fee goes towards service is due at the time of booking. Retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of a cancellation on the customer’s behalf the fee will NOT be refunded. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. If I have to cancel the fee will be returned. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time will have to pay a new retainer. No late fees, please communicate if you are running behind or need to reschedule.
