Cancellation Policy

The required retainer fee goes towards service is due at the time of booking. Retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of a cancellation on the customer’s behalf the fee will NOT be refunded. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. If I have to cancel the fee will be returned. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time will have to pay a new retainer. No late fees, please communicate if you are running behind or need to reschedule.
